Style or Substance?

It’s the time of the year when we merrily cross off names from our list as we find presents for our friends and family. I’m pretty sure you have some sort of idea on what to give for each person but to help you look for something which balances style and substance, here’s a list of few interesting things I found which are perfect for gift giving.

Something for the “Gamers”

Looking for that non-gadget present for the little ones? Having trouble finding that gift for that friend who loves hosting game nights?  Then something like this marble Tic Tac Toe game set is just the cutest thing. Perfect for those wine nights with your buddies or when you just want to sit by your fireplace with your kids, having a gadget free time. This one is stylish enough to keep on your coffee table as it doubles as a décor.

Something for the Foodie

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee made from this chic coffee maker.  This is a great gift for someone who has an eye for beautiful things and who loves, what else, coffee.

A nice serving tray or charcuterie board also makes a great present for those who love to host and to cook!

These modish kitchen items can stay on your kitchen counter for sure.  No need to hide them in the drawer.

Something for the Lounger

Who won’t appreciate a nice, luxurious bathrobe?  This would surely make anyone smile.  Anything that would relate to relaxation and lounging is always a great idea – for anyone on your list.

Something for the Plant Lover

What else but small vases and pots? But please, choose something mod!

Something for the Health Conscious

This beautiful Agate décor will sit beautifully on your console table or office desk.  Agate has some excellent healing properties including rebalancing your aura and helping with stress.  Again, something useful without sacrificing elegance and style.

Just remember what we always tell ourselves when it comes to receiving and giving gifts… it’s the thought that counts! But of course, a little gift guidance never hurt! Happy shopping!
